DESCRIPTION

Le riz brun biologique à grains longs conserve tous les ingrédients précieux de la balle et a donc plus de valeur que le grain décortiqué. Nous recommandons le riz brun en accompagnement de plats de viande, de salades et de plats exotiques.

PRÉPARATION

Cuire le riz préalablement rincé dans un rapport de 1:2 (1 portion de riz pour 2 portions d'eau) à feu doux pendant environ 60 minutes.
