Mijo orgánico certificado BIO 1kg BIO PLANET es un excelente complemento para el desayuno, la cena y los postres. Se puede comer dulce, con frutas y leche o como acompañamiento de carnes o verduras. Sabe muy bien en todas las variantes. Es una parte saludable de la dieta diaria que apoya el buen funcionamiento del sistema digestivo. El mijo debe consumirse en varias formas, especialmente durante el tiempo de susceptibilidad a la infección: debido al alto contenido de vitaminas y minerales valiosos, apoya perfectamente el sistema inmunológico y aumenta las defensas. Las propiedades saludables del mijo parecen ilimitadas. Es un producto rico en valiosas vitaminas y nutrientes, reduce la acidez y ayuda a combatir la acidez estomacal y los gases.
