P-5-P (coenzymatic vitamin B6)
P-5-P or pyrodixal phosphate is a biologically active form of vitamin B6. The other types of vitamin B6 (including the most popular, pyrodixin hydrochloride) are enzymatically converted to pyroxal phosphate in the liver. P-5-P does not need to be converted.

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Vitamin B12 is a complex and organic chemical compound that has cobalt in its structure and is therefore also called cobalamin. The vitamin B12 contained in the preparation is methylcobalamin. The form of this vitamin (unlike cyanocobalamin) does not need to be converted in the human body.
