200 g acorn coffee is made from the highest quality INGREDIENTS
from controlled organic cultivation. Coffee is made from properly processed oak seeds. The acorns are picked, dried, roasted and then ground into a fine powder. Acorn coffee 200 g Dary Natury additionally contains a composition of aromatic spices that give the mixture a unique aroma and excellent taste. Cardamom, cinnamon and cloves have a warming effect on the body and support the functioning of the immune system.

Acorn coffee is particularly recommended for people who avoid caffeine. The drink does not stimulate or increase blood pressure. At the same time, it has a delicate and nutty aroma and a slightly bitter taste that is reminiscent of coffee and grain coffee. The so-called "acorns" were already known before coffee seeds were brought to Europe from South America. The drink made from ground acorns is rich in minerals such as magnesium, copper and iron. Acorn coffee is a stomach-friendly drink and contains no sodium. It is suitable for people of all ages, regardless of the time of day.

PREPARATION

Pour a heaped teaspoon of coffee into 1 glass of water in a container and boil for approx. 2-3 minutes. Set aside for 5-10 minutes, pour into cups. You can add milk or cream to sweeten it. Recognition.

Eichelkaffee , er ist bißchen bitter

Den Eichelkaffee hatte ich zunächst so in der Tasse aufgebrüht mit 2 Teelöffeln. Das war eindeutig zu viel und schmeckte sehr bitter.

Auch mit Honig im Kaffee schmeckte es nicht besser.

Dann hatte ich den Kaffee zunächst 1x gefiltert. Immer noch bitter. Heute habe ich das Kaffeemehl das 2.te Mal gefiltert und jetzt erst hat er gut und aromatisch geschmeckt.

Das Kaffeemehl erinnert mich vom Duft her an Lebkuchen. Dieses Aroma war erst nach der zweiten Filterung zu schmecken.
