(Baking mix): Rice flour*, raw cane sugar*, corn starch*, cocoa* (7.6%), baking powder* (corn starch*, acidity regulator: potassium tartrate, raising agent: sodium carbonate), thickening agent: locust bean gum*, Himalayan salt, bourbon vanilla* ; (chocolate pieces): dark chocolate couverture* (raw cane sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*)

PREPARATION
you need 200 ml sparkling water, 100 ml vegetable oil. Mix the cake mixture, water and oil with a whisk until smooth. Add the chocolate chips, mix briefly. Pour the mixture into a greased mold (20 cm). Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. with hot air or 55 minutes without hot air. Check with a skewer whether the cake is baked through, if necessary bake for another 5 minutes.

Store dry and cool.
