Tea is a delicious, aromatic infusion that originated in China and is prepared from the shoots or leaves of a group of plants in the camellia genus ( camellia ). Colloquially, this term also refers to drinks made from fruit, flowers and herbs. The tea ceremony has a long tradition in many parts of the world; The therapeutic, mood-enhancing, relaxing, and stress-reducing effects on those who cultivate them cannot be overlooked. The tea can be prepared and served in many ways, on its own or with toppings. Most often it is combined with sugar or honey, but nothing prevents you from enriching the infusion with the addition of milk, cocoa or juice.
