The preparation contains 1000 mg L-arginine in free form. L-arginine belongs to a group of nutrients called amino acids. The human body builds all the necessary proteins in the metabolic process from amino acids. We divide amino acids into exogenous (essential), which must be obtained from the diet, and endogenous (nonessential), which can be obtained from the diet, but the body can also make them from other parts of the diet. In recent years, scientific evidence has warranted a shift in L-arginine status from nonessential (endogenous) amino acid status to conditionally exogenous (conditionally essential) status. The rationale for this position is the extremely important role of L-arginine in vascular health and in athletic training. Free L-arginine does not have to be digested by the body and is therefore absorbed directly. This makes it easy to digest, does not burden the digestive system and takes effect within a few minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 capsule daily
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
