The vitamins and minerals contained in the product support, among other things, the function of the nervous system, the maintenance of healthy skin, the production of red blood cells and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. DHA is required for proper brain and vision development and function, and EPA for proper heart function.
PRENACAPS MULTI 1 + DHA contains a specially formulated set of 17 ingredients that can be taken by women up to the 12th week of pregnancy.
The products do not contain, among other things, artificial additives, colorings and magnesium stearate.
Folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 could be properly utilized by the body and must be converted to its active form after ingestion. According to the data, on average every second person in Europe is affected by this transformation process. PRENACAPS MULTI 1 + DHA contains active forms of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and folic acid (Quatrefolic®), which do not require conversion and can be used by the body immediately. In addition, the active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) contained in the product has been subjected to many tests. One study involved groups that received identical doses of Quatrefolic® and folic acid.
The study showed that Quatrefolic® achieved more than three times the maximum drug concentration (Cmax ng/ml) 1 hour after dosing compared to folic acid and Quatrefolic® achieved over 9 times the total drug bioavailability (AUC8h ng/ml h ) compared to folic acid.
Another study showed that Quatrefolic® achieved a maximum concentration of the active substance (Cmax nmol/L) that was more than 10% higher after administration than the other active form – calcium L-methylfolate.
DHA used in the manufacture of the PRENACAPS dietary supplement was extracted from small fish and tested for heavy metal levels. It contains 600mg of DHA - the amount recommended by specialists for consumption by pregnant and lactating women. Specialists also recommend that small fish should be the source of DHA fish. EPA is in the form of triglycerides derived from anchovy fish oil. Triglycerides are a natural form of omega-3 with high digestibility. Product tested for heavy metal content.

APPLICATION
MULTI 2 - Take 2 capsules once daily with a meal.
DHA - Take 2 capsules once daily with a meal.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body.
