Supplement omega-3 fatty acids from fish Omega Me by Health Labs contains 500 mg of omega-3 acids EPA and 250 mg DHA, which is the recommended daily dose in one capsule. DHA, EPA and ALA are omega-3 essential unsaturated fatty acids ( EFAs ). The ALA acid that we get from food can be slightly converted into EPA and DHA by biosynthesis, but that's not enough.
