Please also note that shipping costs for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of such an item can be found on the detail page. All weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Brown or golden flaxseeds contain vitamins B6, E, C, folic acid, omega-3 acids including ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) and omega-6, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, fiber. It is also one of the best sources of lignans - compounds with a structure similar to female estrogens that belong to the phytoestrogens.
Black cumin - a small grain with great power, the ancient Egyptians knew about it and today's research only confirms the ancient belief in the myriad benefits of these spices. It is also called black cumin. Black cumin contains many substances that are beneficial for our body, including thymoquinone, which is a component of black cumin essential oil with anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-cancer properties and a protective effect on the kidneys and liver. The fatty acids found in beans, including: linoleic acid, oleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, palmitic acid, myristic, and the rare eicosadiene, are beneficial for heart and brain health. Black cumin contains vitamins: E and beta-carotene, B vitamins and biotin - invaluable for skin and hair, as well as for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
