Recommendations: The preparation contains in its composition an optimally selected dose of basic elements that are essential for the correct and proper functioning of the human body. These are the salts of magnesium, potassium and zinc and thus the main responsible electrolytes including for the correct work of muscles and nerves,
for maintaining proper blood pressure, for protein synthesis and post-workout recovery.

Electrolytes Sport & Cardio should be used when the supply of magnesium, potassium and zinc in the body is rapidly reduced, for example during intense physical activity. These types of substances are washed out of the body through sweat and during hot weather and strenuous exercise when we get rid of them quickly. The use of the dietary supplement prevents unpleasant and negative consequences of a lack of this type of substance.
