Vitamin E is the term used to refer to eight different compounds that fall into two categories: tocopherols and tocotrienols. Each category is further divided into Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin found only in plants and its natural source is wheat germ oil, whole grains and leafy green vegetables.
