Holistic BenStark is a complex of vitamins and minerals in the form of a preparation. Vitamins K2 and D3 are synergistic substances that act on our body. The spectrum of their activity is wide. Vitamin D3 is produced in the body when exposed to sunlight, but is often deficient in our climate. Responsible for the calcium and phosphorus balance in the body. Vitamin K2 has a positive effect on blood clotting. Along with vitamin D, it helps create and restore healthy, strong bones and teeth.
