COLLAGEN HM™ contains polypeptides with an average molecular weight of approximately 2,000 daltons, making it highly soluble and bioavailable.

USE
open a bag. Pour the entire contents into a glass and add water or other liquid. Mix thoroughly and consume.
It is recommended to consume 100-150g of the supplement for at least 3 months.
