In autumn, we should often consume large amounts of healthy teas enriched with ingredients such as ginger, honey, or lemon. Various infusions, such as elderberry or wild rose, are also very good. It's also worth drinking cocktails, which are a source of many vitamins and minerals. In this regard, our options are endless—we can prepare both vegetable and fruit drinks, combining ingredients, adding honey or milk. In this way, we not only strengthen our body but also take care of the removal of toxins from the body.

Rest

Leisure time is extremely important – especially when the weather outside is changeable and the air gets colder. A regenerated and relaxed body is significantly less susceptible to infections – keep that in mind! So try not to overexert yourself and get enough sleep. Let's avoid noise and hectic activity, ensure a healthy daily routine, and reduce stress. Remember that the immune system can't do everything on its own!

Withdrawal from stimulants

All stimulants like coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes have a negative impact on our health, including weakening our body's immune system. They destroy micronutrients and vitamins that build our protective shield. Therefore, it's worth eliminating them or significantly limiting them to avoid weakening our immunity. As you can see, it's not just the weather that can negatively impact our health, but also our choices and habits.
