Delicious and healthy granola

Ingredients:
- 500g Oatmeal
- 40 g of pumpkin seeds
- 100 g Hazelnuts
- 40g chopped almonds
- 40 g coconut flakes
- Pinch Himalayan Salt
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 large spoonfuls of honey
- 3 large spoonfuls of peanut butter
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add coconut oil, honey and peanut butter.
Place in the preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes or until nicely golden. Be careful not to burn the granola!
Serve with your favorite plant-based milk. We recommend almond spelled with natumi.
