of the product : three glasses of infusion (750 ml) with three sachets (7.5 g).
One serving: one glass of infusion (250 ml) from one sachet (2.5 g).

PREPARATION
Put the product bag in one
250ml glass or ceramic mug and pour boiling water over it. Cover and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Drink after cooling down.
