Do you need help?

Shopping

Products purchased from Biogo can be returned free of charge via DHL up to 30 days after receipt of delivery. The value of the return will be reduced by the wear and tear of the goods in question. If the returned item is of full value, the full amount for the products will be refunded. If you wish to return an item, please email us at kontakt@biogo.de or via the "Contact" tab.

Once the products have been placed in the shopping cart, payment for the purchases can be made in the last phase of the shopping cart. We register third party payments such as Klarna, Paypal and traditional bank transfers on your account. Payment gateways also offer the option to pay for purchases after 30 days and by credit card.
