Organic rye bran is produced when rye is milled into rye groats. Bran mainly consists of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain - the seed coat. The bran is rich in fiber. It tastes excellent with dairy products. We also recommend it as an ingredient for soups, salads, and sauces. We recommend briefly heating the bran before consumption.
