Ingredients:
BCAA complex (enzyme-buffered branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, valine 2:1:1), L-lysine, L-histidine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-methionine, acidity regulator: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; natural and artificial peach flavors, sweetener: sucralose, acesulfame K; preservative: malic acid.

Recommended daily dose:
1 scoop (7.1 g). The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Method of administration:
Mix 1 scoop (7.1 g) with 360 ml of cold water and consume before, during, or after training.
