Studies show that einkorn gluten is better tolerated by the human body than soft wheat. Spelled is an ancient type of wheat that has been known since ancient times. The Romans considered it a food that gave strength, so it was eaten by gladiators and participants in the games. Spelled is currently in vogue, its products are very popular and numerous medicinal properties are ascribed to it. However, it is grown on a small scale, mostly on organic farms. It contains more protein, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals than soft wheat. At the same time, it is easily digestible and easy to digest.
