Honeydew conifer honey from Sudnik Beekeeping is a natural, high-quality honey typical of Polish mountain regions. It is formed from honeydew produced by insects that feed on conifers. Honeydew collected by bees is processed into honey with a characteristic, slightly needle-like, slightly sweet taste and dark color.

Coniferous honey is considered one of the most effective in the action of honey varieties. It contains essential amino acids and enzymes as well as an abundance of micro and macro elements. Good quality coniferous honeys are nutritious honeys that are especially recommended during periods of seasonal weakening of immunity. Conifer honey also has properties that aid in the removal of toxins from the body. The substances contained in honey support the work of the digestive, respiratory and immune systems.

Honeydew honey can be used in cooking as a substitute for white sugar. It is less sweet than nectar honey. However, in order to fully preserve its valuable properties, honey should not be added to hot drinks or dishes. It is safest to heat the honey at a temperature below 45ºC. Honey is best dissolved in cool drinks and consumed without heat treatment.
