A nutritious porridge is prepared in no time at all, just pour hot milk or water and add your favorite fruit or nuts. The quick PREPARATION of the porridge is possible because the flakes have been hydrothermally processed under pressure. This allows them to absorb the liquid quickly, becoming soft and ready to be eaten. The flakes are also great for baking cookies and oatmeal muffins, frying pancakes, and making oatmeal crumbles for the batter. Oatmeal is high in essential minerals, including copper, magnesium, iron, and potassium, as well as B vitamins that help improve nervous system function.

Boil the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
