Red curry paste is a blend of Thai spices with distinct hints of chili and lemongrass. The red color of the paste is due to the red chili. It tastes great with the addition of coconut milk, veggies and meat or its substitution. Served with rice or bread, naan is a delicious, exotic dish. It goes perfectly with noodles and tofu, it tastes delicious when fried with vegetables. Cook until the desired thickness is reached. Pasteurized product.
