1. Standard processing times

  • Refund after return: up to 14 business days after receipt of the shipment in our warehouse.
  • Cancellation before shipping: up to 7 business days.
  • Shipment returned to the sender: up to 14 business days after receipt of the package.
  • Failed payment transaction / amount hold: usually 1–5 business days, depending on your bank.

2. Important information

  • A refund is generally issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • After the refund has been initiated, your bank may take a few additional business days to process it.
  • How quickly the credit actually appears in your account depends on the payment provider or your bank.

3. When to contact our customer service

Contact us if the processing time indicated for your case has already passed and you have not yet received the refund.
