APPLICATION :

Half a tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.

The product should not be taken by pregnant women or women trying to conceive.
