DESCRIPTION
Organic Arborio rice originates from Italy. This is a unique rice variety characterized by a subtle nutty flavor and unique aroma. It is the basis of a traditional Italian risotto dish. It is also perfect as an accompaniment to meats, salads, exotic dishes, and desserts.

PREPARATION
Cook the rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) over low heat, covered, for about 15 minutes (do not rinse the rice).
