Argan Oil - a source of linoleic and oleic acid.

DESCRIPTION :

Linoleic acid (LA) helps maintain proper blood cholesterol levels.

The beneficial effect of linoleic acid occurs with an intake of 10 g LA per day.

100 g of oil contain 34 g of linoleic acid (Omega 6) and 46 g of oleic acid (Omega 9).


INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 teaspoon once a day (5 ml) directly or as an addition to salads or other dishes.

A daily dose of 5 ml contains 2.13 g oleic acid (omega 9) and 1.55 g linoleic acid (omega 6).

The product contains 20 recommended servings.

CONTRAINDICATIONS :

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.

STORAGE:
