Peppermint* (Mentha x piperita) (* organic ingredients)

DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplement. Peppermint supports the health of the immune system and respiratory tract

USAGE
Oral: one or two times daily 1 drop. Take diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal tea.
Skin (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Air aromatization: 5 to 10 drops depending on personal preference and room size.

NOTES
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a cool and dark place, out of reach of small children.
