DESCRIPTION
Psyllium is an annual Mediterranean plant whose most valuable component is the seeds. Due to their very high fiber content, which plays a key role in regulating digestive tract activity, they are becoming increasingly popular. The seeds can be consumed as a beverage, poured over water, milk, or fruit juice. They can also be an excellent addition to many dishes, including as an ingredient in desserts, as a coating for meat, or as a thickener.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
