Active Oral Care Expanding Dental Floss Mint Swelling Dental Floss with Fluoride 50 Meters

Dental floss that swells upon contact with saliva. As it expands, the floss fills the interdental space and adheres better to the tooth surface, effectively removing plaque. Ideal for people with gum problems.

Instructions for use: Tear off about 50 cm of dental floss and loosely wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 cm of floss between the fingers. Hold the floss tightly with your thumb and index finger and gently slide it between the teeth (be careful not to irritate your gums). Bend the floss into a C-shape and move it up and down as well as along the gum line.

NOTE: Do not use the same piece of floss when moving to the next interdental space, do not irritate your gums (gum bleeding may occur at the beginning of floss use)
