Ashwagandha influences the body's energy management. It acts as an antioxidant and helps build muscle tissue. In addition, it supports the processes of learning, remembering and maintaining good mental fitness in the elderly. Pullulan is obtained through a natural fermentation process. No animal raw materials are used in production, so the capsule is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
The fruit is orange or red and the root has an unpleasant odor. The fruits and roots of Ashwagandha are mainly used. The powdered root is most commonly found in supplements. It is grown in India, China, Africa and some regions of Europe. Ashwagandha is also known as: Indian ginseng, invitingly lethargic, winter cherry, poisonous gooseberry.

APPLICATION
Consume 1 capsule once daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day.
