ORGANIC Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 900ml NatVita

Properties
The organic nuts are cold-pressed within a maximum of 72 hours after harvest. This distinguishes this oil from many other oils that are pressed weeks or even months later. Coconut oil is usually eaten raw to create delicious desserts. It is fried without fear that the fat will turn into trans fats, which are toxic to the body. Thanks to the saturated fatty acids it contains, the oil is resistant to high temperatures and oxidation. Organic coconut oil is ideal for baking, frying, and cooking - it does not go rancid. At room temperature, the oil is solid; above 25 degrees it becomes liquid. Of all oils and fats, it is the most heat-resistant. It is also very suitable as a cosmetic and is successfully used as a body lotion, hair mask, and UV protection cream.
