Organic soybeans are among the most popular Asian products. They are excellent as an ingredient for stews, soups, vegetable dishes, meat and vegetable dishes, and salads. When crushed, they are ideal for flour-based dishes, pastes, and cutlets. Soybeans have a high protein content and form the basis of a vegetarian and vegan diet.

PREPARATION
Cook the soy, previously soaked for at least 8 hours, in lightly salted water at a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 part soy to 2.5 parts water) for about 60 minutes.
