Fenugreek seeds have a protective and anti-inflammatory effect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract and (used externally) on the skin, so it is used for gastric ulcers and skin inflammation (boils,
eczema, abscesses).
Fenugreek seeds can also lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

Application:
Externally to the skin: Boil 1/2 container with 250ml water for 5 minutes. Use the resulting pulp 2-3 times a day as a moist, warm compress.
Oral: Take 1 flat teaspoon (2g) of the product 3 times daily before meals as an appetite stimulant.

Do not use in pregnant and breastfeeding women.
