After soaking in warm water, these seeds become covered with a characteristic slime. They can also be eaten ground. Perfect to add to milk, yoghurt, soups, breads, sauces, breakfast cereals and paste based on linseed oil and cottage cheese.

PREPARATION
1 tablespoon of flaxseed pour ¾ glass of warm water. Wait a few minutes and stir frequently. Drink 2-3 times a day. The flaxseed can also be ground before infusing it with water. The porridge made from ground linseed can be eaten with milk or yoghurt. Ground flaxseeds can also be added to soups, breads, sauces, and breakfast cereals.
