Pollen is an extremely valuable product harvested by bees. It is a source of macro- and microelements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, manganese, as well as copper and selenium. It is a natural source of antioxidants, stimulates the immune system, supports the proper function of the heart and blood vessels, and strengthens the appetite. The pollen is recommended as part of a healthy and balanced diet. The product comes from Polish apiaries. The pollen is collected in and near the Botanical Garden of Podlasie, mainly from herbaceous plants.

Ingredients:
100% flower pollen.

Instructions for use:
Pour 2-3 teaspoons with 1/3 cup of boiled, cooled water and let stand for a few hours. It is recommended to take the pollen in this form twice daily, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed. The treatment should last 1-2 months. Preferably in spring and autumn. Avoid adding to liquids over 45°C.
