Folic acid is a B vitamin, more specifically B9. Vitamin B9 is a whole group of compounds that includes about 150 forms of folic acid. It occurs naturally in the form of folic acid salts and there are about 20 types of it. It is found in spinach, cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus. Also found in smaller amounts in beans, lentils, beetroot, nuts, sunflower seeds, bananas and avocados.
Folates are responsible for maintaining proper homocysteine metabolism in the human body, are involved in blood production and maintain normal mental functions. Thanks to its positive effect on the nervous system, it helps fight signs of fatigue and improves mood. They support the proper functioning of the immune system. They are involved in the process of cell division and support the correct synthesis of amino acids. A deficiency can lead to insomnia, memory problems, hypersensitivity and digestive disorders.

INGREDIENTS

Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; (65) -5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt (folic acid).

Amount per daily serving (1 capsule)
Quatrefolic Folate - Glucosamine acid salt (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid 400 mcg 200%

APPLICATION
 1 capsule per day.
 Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the preparation. The preparation should not be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children and adolescents under the age of 18.
