Its composition includes mainly yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), which is a source of vitamins, mainly of group B, minerals and amino acids. It also contains zinc, which has a great effect on skin, hair and nails. It is involved in the conversion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. It also supports the proper functioning of the immune system. Magnesium is a mineral involved in proper energy-yielding metabolism, supports the work of the nervous system and muscles, and reduces fatigue. Calcium, on the other hand, is the mainstay of healthy teeth and bones and is also involved in proper energy metabolism.
