Phacelia-Honig - CEROAN

Phacelia-Honig ist ein einzigartiges Produkt aus dem Nektar der blauen Phacelia (Phacelia tanacetifolia Benth), einer einjährigen Samenpflanze, die in Kalifornien heimisch ist, aber auch in Polen angebaut wird. Phacelia gehört zur Familie der Borretschgewächse und zeichnet sich durch ihren starken Duft aus. Phacelia-Honig zeichnet sich durch seine ungewöhnliche helle Cremefarbe aus, die auch weiß sein kann. Seine Textur ist schmierig und sein Geschmack fein und subtil.

Zutaten:
100% Bienenhonig

Facela-Honig enthält:

  • Einfachzucker: Glukose und Fruktose, die mehr als 70 % des Inhalts ausmachen
  • Komplexe Zucker, einschließlich Dextrinen
