DESCRIPTION :

The composition of the preparation contains ingredients with many active substances that support healthy sleep.

Melatonin is a hormone that naturally triggers the feeling of sleepiness. Consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime shortens the time it takes to fall asleep.

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid in the body, including for the synthesis of serotonin and melatonin.

Valerian root and hop cones contribute to relaxation and make it easier to fall asleep.

Vitamins B6 and B12 support the smooth functioning of the nervous system.

Composition: L-tryptophan, valerian root extract ( Valeriana officinalis ) standardized to contain at least 0.8% valeric acid, passion flower extract ( Passiflora incarnata ) standardized to contain at least 4% flavonoids, hop extract ( Humulus Iupulus ) 10:1, L -Theanine, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL), Methionine, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).
