INGREDIENTS:

Royal Jelly (min. 14% 10-HDA) (freeze-dried concentrate, equivalent to 1,000 mg Royal Jelly), capsule shell: bovine gelatin, water, glycerin; organic extra virgin olive oil; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily.
