INGREDIENTS

Barley * 100% (* certified organic ingredient).

DESCRIPTION
Organic barley groats made from hulled barley grains. Perfect as an addition to soups, such as the famous Polish Krupnik, and as an ingredient in main courses when combined with vegetables and fresh herbs.

PREPARATION
The previously rinsed groats should be boiled in salted water in a ratio of 1: 3 (1 portion of groats to 3 portions of water) for about 20 minutes.
