INGREDIENTS
Semolina from spelt semolina*. (*Ingredient from controlled organic farming)

DESCRIPTION
For many people, semolina is a familiar taste from childhood. Cooked in MILK or water and refined with jam or fresh fruit, it is a delicious combination. Ideal for breakfast or afternoon tea.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Measure 250 ml of MILK or water in a pot. Pour 1/3 of the liquid (83.3 ml) into a glass and mix with the semolina (1 or 2 heaping tablespoons, depending on desired consistency).
2. Bring the remaining liquid (166.7 ml) to a boil. Add the semolina previously mixed with MILK or water and stir thoroughly with quick movements to prevent lumps (this is easiest with a whisk).
3. Cook for 2 - 4 minutes until the mixture thickens. Serve hot or slightly cooled. Tastes best with syrup, jam, or fresh fruit.
