Oatmeal is made from oats. They are very universal, you can use them to prepare porridge with water, cow or vegetable milk. They can be used to PREPARE oatmeal and as an ingredient in granola or omelets. Oatmeal is an easily digestible source of carbohydrates, it contains a large amount of fiber, up to 11 grams per 100 grams of product, 14 grams of protein and healthy fats. They contain vitamin B1, B6, vitamin E, selenium and magnesium. They also contain flavonoids, which are exceptionally good for grains.
