INGREDIENTS
Water, sweetener (xylitol), acerola extract and ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc bisglycinate (zinc), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), D-biotin (vitamin B7), sodium selenate (selenium), natural flavor (orange, peach and mango), potassium iodide (iodine).

INGREDIENTS IN ONE DAILY DOSE (4 SPRAYS)
Vitamin C - 40 mg (50% NRV)
Pantothenic acid - 6 mg (100% NRV)
Zinc - 2 mg (20% of NRV)
Biotin - 500 µg (1000% of NRV)
Selenium - 200 µg (364% of NRV)
Iodine - 150 µg (100% NRV)

USAGE
First use: Press the pump 3 times until liquid emerges. Shake well before each use. Spray gently into the mouth, preferably onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.

Use 4 servings per day, together or separately. Does not need to be taken with water or food, can be used at any time of day, and can be combined with other BetterYou products.
