BICAPS Skin & Hair is a combination of 7 ingredients including zinc and selenium (in the form of highly absorbable zinc citrate and L-selenomethionine), biotin and silicon (obtained naturally from bamboo). The ingredients contained in the product help to keep the skin healthy. Biotin strengthens the structure of hair, nails and skin. Zinc and selenium increase elasticity and thus strengthen hair, nails and skin and promote their regeneration. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that scavenges free radicals that negatively impact the body's aging process. Silicon and MSM are the building blocks of hair and nails and also part of collagen. Collagen affects elasticity and strengthens resistance to mechanical damage.
INGREDIENTS
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), bamboo powder (Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss), pullulan (capsule shell), zinc (zinc citrate), yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, vitamin E (soybean D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate ), biotin (D-biotin).

Zinc citrate - 33 mg, of which zinc - 10 mg (100%)
Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol equivalent) - 12 mg (100%)
Pantothenic Acid (B5) - 12 mg (200%)
Bamboo powder - 200 mg, including silicon - 70 mg
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) – 350 mg
Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae - 27.5 mg, of which Selenium (L-selenomethionine) - 55 μg (100%)
