Instant millet muesli 300 g nominal

Instant Nominal Porridge is a filling and easily digestible combination of millet and corn grits. The mixture is easy and quick to prepare. It is a great option for a precious breakfast, dessert or meal for babies and children of all ages. Instant millet is based on the highest quality INGREDIENTS
(millet and corn), it contains no milk, sugar, preservatives, artificial flavors and colors. Instant porridge is high in fiber, which means it supports healthy digestion and stimulates bowel function.

Millet, from which millet is made, is rich in vitamins from the B group, as well as minerals such as iron, silicon, zinc and phosphorus. Thanks to them, it supports digestive comfort after a meal, and also helps strengthen hair, nails and skin. The addition of grits makes the porridge easy to digest and leaves you feeling full for a long time thanks to the high content of easily digestible protein. After the PREPARATION according to the instructions, the porridge can be seasoned as desired, for example with maple syrup, agave syrup, jam, fruit mousse, coconut flakes, nuts, butter or your favorite oil.

PREPARATION

Pour the mush (amount depends on what density we want to get ) and mix. Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes. Use a blender for cold liquid.
