Calcium

Calcium is an extremely important element for our health, as it is the basic building block of bones, teeth, and nails. It also plays a role in the transmission of impulses in the nervous system and is essential for muscle contraction. Unfortunately, calcium is poorly absorbed in the case of magnesium deficiency, so a supplement that combines these two elements in the best possible ratio, i.e., 2:1, would be a good choice.

Ingredients:

Calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose), coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable fatty acids, cellulose powder), anti-caking agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), calcium L-ascorbate, calcium salts of citric acid (calcium citrate), magnesium L-ascorbate.

Calcium (in the form of calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, and calcium L-ascorbate) - 500 mg (62.5% NRV).
Magnesium (in the form of magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, and magnesium L-ascorbate) - 250 mg (66.6% NRV)

Recommended use:

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and a glass of water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Contraindications:

The product is not suitable for children. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should consult a doctor before using the supplement. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage:
