YOUNG BARLEY (ground dried grass)

(Hordeum vulgare L.)

Barley is an annual plant with different growth stages. In the first stage, the barley resembles dense, fresh, light green grass. Then the stalks of young barley leaves contain most of the nutrients and produce a juice or powder suitable for dietary supplements. Not recommended for infants and young children.

Usage: strong > 1-2 teaspoons of young barley powder. Stir in 200 ml water or fruit juice. It is best to drink 20 minutes before eating. You can also put it in yogurt or muesli. It is recommended to drink 2 glasses a day.

May contain traces of mustard, soy, celery, milk, egg, gluten.
